REFUND POLICY
refunds will only be given if i am unable to complete your commission
or if your commission has not yet been startedif your commission has been started and you request a refund
i will deduct a percentage from your refund based on the amount of work that has been completed and seen by you (i.e. if wips have been sent during the process)

reselling a design for more than you paid if there is additional monetary value, hiding designs on toyhouse (you do not need to authorize me/provide me a key!!), redesigning a character til your hearts contentASK

reselling raffle/gifted designs, messing with my signature, making duplicate profiles, claiming ownership over my design, using my design in anything regarding nfts or ai programs

i am allowed to sell/trade a rejected custom design. i will not do this if the design is too similar to the end product.i will charge a fee if you ask for a brand new concept after i've made significant progress with a previous conceptany amount of redesigning to my lineart and design is allowed after completion, but i still maintain credit for the originalavoid making sibling designs.

you can do these, but i will not assist in falling outsi consider 'monetary worth' pieces to be personal, commissioned, and payment art. raffled/gifted pieces should not be added to monetary worth

provide a clear reference sheet of your character, i do not work off of traditional refs or plain descriptions unless you are asking for a custom.do not alter my artwork under any circumstance, i am more than willing to fix any issue you may have!do not use my art in anything related to ai or nfts.i prefer to work off of deadlines due to my busy schedule offline, but we can discuss a rush fee if you'd like it completed sooner. otherwise i ask for patience regarding any commission you purchased!i reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, but i'll always explain to you why
